Apple Crumble

What a deary fall day!  So what better to do on such a day but bake!  And since I'm in such a festive mood - why not apple cake.  Such an easy and enjoyable recipe that can remove any funks the rainy gray sky has descended upon this house.

Apple Crumble
makes 8 servings  
(Fat 9.5g, Calories 255, Dietary Fiber 1.7g, Sugars 24.0g)







What you will need:
Apples, sliced if large
Package spice cake mix
Stick of butter












Preheat your oven to 350.  Spray Pam or another non-stick spray on the bottom of your pan.  Layer your apple slices.











Sprinkle on 3/4 boxed cake mix.
Melt an entire stick of butter.
Pour butter over the fruit and dry cake mix.





Bake at 350 for approximately 35-45 minutes  (it's done when it is bubbly).   
Top with vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
